Molly Dyer: Highly Sensitive People (HSP) and Burnout, Plus Tap Dancing As A Stress Reliever

Updated: Nov 18, 2022

We value the courage and resilience with which our patients face adversity, even when they cannot see it with their own eyes” - Molly Dyer

BIO:

Molly Dyer is a Licensed Acupuncturist and Board-Certified Herbalist in Denver, Colorado. She specializes in treating children but continues to treat all ages, from infants to elders. She is the owner of Light & Dark Acupuncture.

Ms. Dyer loves crafting herbal formulations or products that solve health mysteries and challenges. When she is not doing acupuncture, she can be found teaching quirky, non-traditional, not-so-serious tap dance classes for adults through her other business, Tappy Feet.

Molly is Co-Owner and Co-Instructor at Tappy Feet, a Denver-based company that helps adults laugh, connect and move through tap dance classes, products and events. Tappy Feet provides classes for all levels, adult tap dance birthday parties and team-bonding events that involve acting ridiculous while wearing tap shoes and very low expectations around actual tap dancing.

Molly gave us a great tip during this show if we find ourselves in a situation where it feels like our energy is getting away from us, we should just take a moment and put our fingertips together. This helps to 'close' your energy circle and return you to yourself. For people that find themselves often under the influence of other people's emotions, needs, etc., this is an excellent exercise to add to your repertoire!
