Sarah started this podcast off strong by going straight to the heart of what burnout is for so many of us - the hard work and stress that causes burnout is derived from an inner belief that we are not enough, we are not valuable unless we work really hard and prove ourselves. So, we run ourselves into the ground trying to prove our worth. This is true in my life and it took me AGES to realize it’s truth. I had spent so many years focused on positive thinking and shifting limiting beliefs that I couldn’t imagine that I would actually feel that way - it was so deep in my subconscious that I didn’t acknowledge it until about 2 years ago.

Until we find ways to address our self-worth, it’s difficult to get past burnout. This episode is soul healing. Let it help you uncover your own story, no matter how deep and scary it is. Thank you for being here.
