My Story

As a helper, a healer, and an empath - I burnt out and remained unaware for, well, too long. After some time in burnout recovery, I discovered that my need to help others was both true to the core of who I am and was, AT THE SAME TIME, a coping mechanism that allowed me to shut down my own needs. I felt like I held value only when I was working in service of someone else. After being told by a coach that I needed to shut down my empathy, I knew I needed to find another path. I had been told for the last time that I needed to be someone I wasn't in order to be successful, fulfilled, and healthy.

 

Now, I am in a continuous revival and renewal of who I am, but more importantly - what my needs are and how I can ensure that they are met. I have learned how much more powerful I am as a helping, loving force in this world when I truly take care of myself, and I want you to feel this too!
