Wondering who I am? I am Cait Donovan, Burnout Expert and your podcast host. I spent the first 12 years of my career as a full time acupuncturist. I bought a ticket for the burnout cycle and rode that ride for nearly a decade. One day, I decided to stop feeling like shit. It was a bumpy road, but I made it. Now it's my turn to reach my hand back and pull you along with me. I've been there, in the dredges. I will work with you to create a Burnout Resilient Life.
