Trauma, Shadow Work, and The Right to Heal with Ashley Rose

Updated: Nov 18, 2022

Ashley Rose - Transformational Life Coach

“Carrying trauma is like driving a car with a flat tire. The ride is less enjoyable and it takes a lot longer to reach your destination”

If you’ve ever felt like you’re drowning in the world of self-help, this podcast is for you. Ashley and I talked about being stuck on the hamster wheel of self-help and not really taking the time to figure out what works best for us as individuals.

We also discuss serious trauma and feelings of not wanting to live - even being threatened with death from her own mother. Depression found Ashley multiple times in her life and she used both therapy and an amazing experience with a life coach, Brandilyn Tebo, that finally helped her turn her life around. Now, she spends her life creating opportunities for other women to do the same.

BIO: Transformational Life coach who works with women who have experienced trauma. She specializes in shadow work helping people to find true balance by accepting all parts of themselves, therefore clearing the space needed to create the lives they’ve always dreamed of and take action. She has done immersive shadow work, sat in medicine circle and uses her intuition to guide you through the darkest parts of yourselves and into true inner discovery of your own divine light.
